For some reason, the song 'Chasing Birds' By Snow Petrol keeps running through my head. My song of the moment. I'm pretty amused by the song title. Why Chasing Birds? Oops. I just unknowningly made a HUGE mistake. LOL... HAHA. It's chasing cars!!! Not CHASING BIRDS. LOL. No wonder my friend couldnt find that song for me. I must be missing the stupid bird that died in my house haha. BLUR ME. Anyway, the band EIC played this song at heerens just now. Recieved quite a number of applause. That was the only song i liked out of the many acoustic songs they played. The vocals wasnt as strong. Infact, last week, i was back at the same place and we heard a better band playing. J and i were around cineileisure when j suddenly said she wanted to cross the road (0ver to heeren) cos she heard some band performing. it was a point of no return after we heard them play their first song. J forgot about getting her sandwich from subway, and i forgot about my drink. the band was playing so beautifully. Guy in beanie playing guitar was cute, the other guy also not bad, his vocals were pretty strong, guy in beanie is very cute cos he can play and sing well. and we just stood there outside heeren for two hours listening to the band. It was worth it i tell ya. Maybe its cos they were all playing songs that j and i could associate to. For eg. WONDERWALL BY OASIS, LOVE ME BY COLIN RAYE, COLLIDE BY HOWIE DAY, DONT LOOK BACK IN ANGER BY OASIS, WONDERFUL TONIGHT BY ERIC CLAPTON, etc etc. It was 'WOW'! We were amongst the first people to join the audience but as the time goes by, we realised that more and more female audience were joining the crowd cos they were mesmerised by the good looks and voice of the guitarist. (like me). After the whole thing, i told j it was one of those nights where i was feeling real good and i can just sit down all at once and get my assignments done....the after effects of the band's performance - 'Wow'. Five stars for them!!! AND i went back there today, hoping so hard to catch the bands performance again... but sigh...it was a different band. I know i''ve mentioned that the guitarist was cute and can sing at least 3 times in different manners and sequences over the past 50 sentances, But i just cant help gushing over him. I cant help it when he's got such a nice voice. =)=)

Hi there! Time for a change of the blog skin. As much as i adore my previous blogskin, its time to move on... and here i present you michelle branch!!! yeah! I adore her guitar skills so much. Have yet to get the wreckers' album yet though im pretty much a fan of jess n mich. Hint hint. to those who have access to my blog haha. im turning 20 on da 25th of this month.. guess i cant spend it well again this year... cos im working!!! on the brighter side, but this year sure confirm 100 % wont kena sabotage de. haha. no more of dragging me into sea water, no more water parades and wet toilet paper trashing in the toilet. haha. thank god. seee... im trying not to complain or whine here... which is a good thing. Someone kinda made me realise it a couple of weeks back. Thanks man, i didn't know whining could irritate some1 so much. it's actually okay to whine, but its frustrating with a capital 'F' when theres something you can do about it and all you do is to just sit there and whine. Wait...this isn't considered bitching rite? Watever. Im a biatchhhhh.
'Tine from the next cart was walking around as usual(instead of being at her cart...lol) when i asked her about how my display was today. She just looked at me and said " I think being messy is one of the mst outstanding things about you." I was like 'huh' messy? and i looked at my display of all the bags etc. to me, it wasnt messy at all. But what she said really left me thinking. Maybe thats something special about me.. I'm untidy! haha. I think it comes around it a circle. I'll be untidy, then i'll clear up and then i'll end up being untidy again. Lol. If it isn't untidy, then it isnt me. I guessed i've moved on from the very untidy type to the type who actually makes an effort to organise her things, which is quite a big step for me already. I'm still improving. But it would be almost a 0% to achieve the level of a neat freak.

Greetings! =) Im feeling recharged today after dedicating most of my time to my assignments. Got honked by an irritated driver on the way to school yesterday cos i was still taking my own sweet time on the road and i didnt notice the blinking man had already turned red. Guess the honk woke me up from my daze. I was in a daze the whole day yesterday and my friend had to repeat what she said at least 2 times. Guess im really tired from all the midnight burning, yesterday was the last lap for me. And seriously, i look like crap now with all the stress-related acnes and god damn eye bags. So Frankeinsteinish. And after feeling so horrible and crappy for the entire day, i cant believe i actually chose to sit beside 1 stinking man in the train. Im pretty sure it was the sweat, or body odour, im not sure which.Eeeeewwwww. But i was too tired to actually move and there were not many seats around also. To sum it up, had an unpleasant journey home yesterday. Since i was free the whole of today, i decided to clean up my entire room. Guess my mom is the happiest person around cos she prefers to have the whole house spotless. Put a few random things here and there and she'll complain about untidyness. After 20 years, i've finally adopted quite abit of her lifestyle. I do clean up my room quite abit when i get into the cleaning mood and im not that messy anymore hehe.
Anyway, i was just checking my email just now when some ad about monash university caught my attendtion. It shows a picture that shows this exact message "Im going to monash, are you coming?" Though it was just a simple message and ad, i suppose it left quite an impression.
Here's a list of ad's that made an impression :

1. Spunky's (my best friend) ad for some buscuit. It started off with ants eyeing on the leftover buscuit crumbs on the table. They were brainstorming on how to move all the buscuit crumbs until one smart alec suddenly had an idea, so all the ants formed a human chain. When a group of ants were passing buscuit crumbs through the air, it fell and broke. Thats the part that advertises the crispiness of the buscuit. Coming from a design talent in the marketing field.

2. This Ad shown in almost every movie theatre ive been. Its the one abt the little indian gurl who wanted to get birds for her brother who's going away on a trip to wish me good luck but didn't have enough money. Then some guy in white, I forgot his name, paid for dozens of birds using his credit card, i think it has a catchy phrase - " All it takes' that comes with it. HeartWarming.

3. Singtel's ad. This happened a few years back where they had this kid having a conference call with her dad who's overseas. She kinda called him 'daddy' over the phone, and then it shows on the dad's face how happy he was. We were all watching this on tv one day when my lil cousin who still couldnt talk by then started saying 'Daddy ah..daddy" . and it became her very first words.

Cheerios. Im off to watch my dvd now hehe
